With extra time to warm up and prepare the body, we will dive deeply into more complex and challenging breathing practices and postures.
In this workshop, Abby will weave together information from trainings across many different styles of yoga and modalities of bodywork, and over 15 years of experience as a yoga teacher and bodyworker. This workshop is open to yoga teachers and seasoned students - for anyone who wants to learn integral information on how the body moves - practical and useful information for any yogi, yogini, or instructor.
